  16. We are having some problems with kermit 5a(190) running on both SunOs 
  17. 4.1.3 and Solaris 2.3. Our users connect to a modem which is hanging on 
  18. some DCX network equipment, and from there connecting to a Sun box, where 
  19. kermit is run up in server mode, with "set file incomplete discard" set 
  20. in the .kermrc. If the user disconnects (e.g. a modem hangup), an 
  21. incompletely transferred file is _not_ discarded.

  23. We have had the same problem with previous versions of c-kermit - it is 
  24. not new in version 190.

  26. When we traced the kermit server process, it appeared that it got the 
  27. hangup and then just died.
